Yugal · A timeless portrait
Questions
Everything you might want to know before you begin.
What exactly will I receive?
A 20 × 30 inch portrait printed on canvas and wrapped around a wooden stretcher frame, ready to hang. There is no decorative outer frame.
Which photograph should I upload?
One clear photo of the two of you together, or one photo of each of you. Faces should be visible, well lit and without sunglasses. The better the photo, the better the likeness.
Can I see my portrait before paying?
Yes. You can create up to three free previews before you order. Nothing is printed until you approve.
What if I want changes after ordering?
Two revisions are included: try another style, or the same style with a different photograph.
Is it hand painted?
No. Your portrait is created with AI-assisted tools, checked by a person, and printed on canvas. It is a new work inspired by a historical tradition, not a hand painting or a reproduction.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We currently deliver across India, free of charge.
How do I pay?
Online, by card, UPI or netbanking at checkout. Because every portrait is made for you, we don't offer cash on delivery.
Can I return my portrait?
Because each portrait is personalised, we can't accept returns. If your canvas arrives damaged or with a print defect, write to us and we will reprint it.
What happens to my photograph?
It is used only to make your portrait and deleted after your canvas is delivered.
