Questions
Will it arrive in time?
Most canvases arrive within two weeks of your approval. If you have a date in mind, approve at least two weeks before it, or WhatsApp us and we'll tell you honestly whether it can make it.
Is it hand painted?
No. It is made with AI-assisted tools from your photograph, checked by a person, and printed on canvas. A new work in the manner of a historical tradition, not a hand painting.
What if the likeness isn't right?
You see the portrait free before you pay. After ordering you can still ask for up to two revisions. Nothing is printed until you approve.
