Shipping policy

Where we deliver. Across India. We don't ship outside India yet.

What it costs. Delivery is free.

How long it takes. Each canvas is printed after you approve your portrait (or 48 hours after we send it to you, if we don't hear back). Your canvas usually arrives within two weeks of your approval. We email you the courier and tracking link as soon as it ships, and again when it is delivered.

How it's packed. Your 20 × 30 inch canvas is wrapped on a wooden stretcher, ready to hang, and packed to travel safely. If it's a gift, we don't include prices in the box.

Sending it as a gift. Enter the recipient's name and address at checkout. Your gift note and voice note travel with the order, and the reveal page opens once the canvas has shipped.

Address and phone. Please double-check the delivery address and give a phone number the courier can reach. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or nobody could receive it, we'll arrange redelivery; a second delivery may be charged at cost.

Damaged on arrival. See our refund policy: write to hello@yugal.life within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll reprint it.
